Satisfactory Stay Near Tower Bridge

My room was very clean. It was much better than what I saw in the website pictures. The Keepers bar and restaurant provided lovely food at a good value. I definitely recommend this hotel, I would stay again!
The shower's half-transparent glass in one of the rooms made me visible while showering. One person's shower use required everyone else to leave the room. This removed privacy.

The room was modern with a really nice bathroom! It had all aspects working and the comfort of the bed was good. The room also featured wardrobe space with an iron and ironing board.

Breakfast provided a good option with variation. The Keepers bar and evening beverage haunt had decor. Evening drinks were fine and the staff was pleasant.

All staff were friendly and catered for what was needed! The hotel staff was friendly. Staff was also helpful with luggage storage after checkout.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location proved to be superb. It gave easy access to underground transportation and local attractions. The staff, including Zainob and Ola, were personable. They were also helpful. Breakfast at Keepers offered many options and was consistently excellent.
The AC unit was quite temperamental! It seemed to switch between being too hot and too cold.

This hotel boasts convenient proximity to the underground system. I loved the easy access to explore various attractions. The station is only a short five-minute walk away, made getting around very simple.

The rooms feature complimentary water refills on each floor. I found the presence of a mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle to be very convenient . The hotel is equipped with modern amenities that significantly .

The breakfast buffet includes diverse offerings. I found really all I could want each morning. The restaurant is available almost anytime and offers a very nice breakfast, something to enjoy before a busy day of sightseeing.

The hotel's location was superb, offering easy access to key attractions. I found it easy to get around the city. The room was a good size for me, very clean, and had amenities . The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
The gym, while functional, felt a bit small and lacked some equipment variety, a slight inconvenience.

The room temperature was a problem. It was too warm. The air conditioning only seemed to blow hot air. The window opened only a crack. That meant a noisy night due to the external commotion, sarcasm intended.

The room included a good-sized fridge and toiletries were provided. This was very useful. A water station was available on each floor, a great touch. Check-out at 12 pm was standard, I appreciated this flexibility.
I found only three parking bays directly in front of the hotel. More would be helpful.

The hotel is close to the subway. Access to transportation is easy. The Tower of London and bridge are a short walk away. Several restaurants and shops are also nearby. Everything is very accessible.

Keepers restaurant is on-site. It closes at 9 pm. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found it very good. The bar had a lively atmosphere in the evenings. This added to the appeal.
